MiB's National Mentoring Programme in 2025 focuses on Balance - The application period starts on 2nd January 2025!

In 2025, the MiB Balance national mentoring program will focus on balancing career and family. When mentees have been matched with mentors, the mentoring programme is kicked-off in April 2025 with a shared online meeting where we will discuss goals for mentoring, and you will get access to tools that will maximize your benefits from the mentoring program.

During the program, mentor-mentee pairs meet 9 times (approximately 9 hours in total), and the program also offers online meetings on themes related to MiB Balance.

In 2025, the theme of balancing career and family will be strongly reflected throughout the program’s shared meetings with topics such as identifying strengths, preventing burnout, time management, and recovery.

For mentees, the participation fee of 70 € is paid upon registration, the mentees must be members of MiB. Please note that by stating that you prefer mentoring in English, we will do our best to match you with a mentor who will be able to support you in English. The content of the program’s shared online meetings will be in Finnish, and you can comment and ask questions in English during the meeting.

For mentors, the program is free of charge and mentors do not need to be MiB members.

Both mentees and mentors commit to 9 mentoring sessions of approximately one hour each, and all mentees and mentors are welcome to participate in the programme's joint online meetings.

If you are not yet a member of MiB, you can easily join our wonderful network here!
